Maximize the life out of any Airmax SilentAir Diaphragm Compressor by replacing the air filters on a regular basis. The durable filter media inside the LR25 and LR50 aeration compressors keep things cool by protecting the unit from contaminates and other debris. For longevity and maximum system performance, we recommend keeping the air filter clean and replacing it once every 3-6 months. Each package includes two replacement air filters. Compatible with Airmax Shallow Water Series Systems.

When to Use
Replace dirty or worn air filters as needed or once every 3-6 months.
How to Install
Step 1: Gently remove the compressor top cover plate and rubber O-ring.
Step 2: Use a Phillip screwdriver to remove the screw holding down the air filter.
Step 3: Remove the old air filter and replace it with a new one.
Step 4: Reinstall the screw to hold down the air filter.
Step 5: Reinstall the rubber O-ring so the notches line up.
Step 6: Finally, reinstall the top cover plate.
